The Dancing Nahanis 1 & 2
It was The Night of Arts in Helsinki Finland and on the water of Töölönlahti, an almost circular bay in the middle of the town, one could see small glitters of the lights of Helsinki. Suddenly, a group of Canadian-Indian canoes emerged from the dark. They made three beautiful dances and then disappeared.
The type of the canoes was planned in Finland according to the original Canadian native canoes. The dances were also developed in
Finland from the old canoe dances of native Indians. The dances were accompanied by strangely fascinating music.
